My first Turks and Caicos flip- Villa Amarilla

This project was the first flip I ever worked on. Not only that, but it was the first flip I ever did in another country. I did the whole thing from start to finish almost entirely remote. It was a challenge as budget was very limited, and many materials had to be sourced on island. This left me with minimal options to choose from, mainly in regards to lighting, vanities and mirrors.

I ended up traveling to Miami to source a few furniture pieces that would fit into our budget for the living room- and also pack a punch. My favorite piece I found being a vintage door we used to separate the master from the second floor kitchen, it really brought life to the space.

This home was so true to the island, it was a fun challenge, and ended up being sold to a latin pop-star!
