Casa Ananas has been one of my largest projects yet. Working entirely remote designing a home in another country has been an insanely incredibly, challenging, and has pushed me creatively.

While designing a home that’s in a tropical climate and that will be rented out, I had to keep in mind the durability of the furniture both under heavy use and being hit by the powerful sun there as other weather related things.

While I wasn’t able to go crazy on the color palette- per my clients request, I really tried to bring in the island feel and create more depth to the room by including different textures. I focused a lot on earth elements - specifically different stones, and more specifically cut stone which is widely used on island.

This vacation getaway is gaining a rooftop outdoor lounge area, infinity hot tub, and outdoor bath on top of it’s complete interior and exterior renovation. It will be sure to wow!
